Understanding Starters in Foldspace
Starters are predefined prompts that help users begin common workflows or find key information quickly. In Foldspace, starters are organized into two categories: Action and Knowledge.
- Action Starters appear first (on the left). These guide users to perform tasks, such as creating templates or starting workflows.
- Knowledge Starters appear to the right. These help users find information, such as documentation or FAQs.
The order of the tabs (left to right) determines which category is shown first to users.
Where to Create and Update Starters
You can create and update starters in the Agent Studio under the “Style & Behavior” section, on the “Starters” tab. Here, you can add, edit, or remove prompts for both Action and Knowledge categories to match your product’s needs.
