Overview

Use the Audience Explorer to:

Monitor active users in real-time.

Troubleshoot user issues by looking up specific profiles.

Analyze user growth by tracking sign-up dates.

Verify user roles and technical environments (browser/OS).

Navigating the Interface

  1. Search and Filters Located at the top of the page, these tools help you find specific users or segments:

Search Bar: Quickly locate a user by typing their Name or Email.

Time Range: Use the date dropdown (currently set to "Last Seen Date") to filter users based on when they were last active.

  • More Filters: Apply advanced criteria to narrow down your list (e.g., filter by specific User Roles, Subscription IDs, or Operating Systems).
  1. The User List The main table displays a comprehensive list of your users. By default, this is often sorted by Last Seen Date to show the most recent activity first.

Key Columns:

  • Last Seen Date: The exact timestamp of the user's most recent interaction with your platform.
  • Sign Up Date: When the user first created their account.
  • Last Subscription ID: Links the user to their specific plan or organizational account.
  • User Type & Role: Indicates the user's permission level (e.g., USER) or job function (e.g., Engineer).
  • Identify ID: The unique system identifier used for tracking (UUID)
